Due to the nature of digital and professional IT services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or services have been delivered. However, we are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction whenever possible.

### Project Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has started. If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client may be charged for completed work, time invested, and any related expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

### Website Development & Custom Software

For custom development projects, refunds are not available once:
- Design work has been approved
- Development has started
- Digital assets or source files have been delivered

We encourage clients to review project requirements carefully before approval.

Marketing & SEO Services

Marketing, advertising, and SEO services are non-refundable once campaigns, optimizations, or consulting services have started.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with a delivered service, our team will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide support in accordance with the agreed project scope.
